We slit, flatten, cut, and stretch steel to specified lengths. In this area, the complete range of steel grades is available: from structural steel over mild grades to micro-alloyed fine-grained steel.

We manufacture cold strips of tensile strengths from ‘annealed’ to ‘C690’. Our strength is within the production of specific customised surfaces: from ‚’matt’ over ‚’blank’ up to groove-free and pore-free surfaces. We can also provide different surface coatings: galvanised, tinned, chromium-plated, nickel-plated, and coppered.

We manufacture steel spring strips in hardened and unhardened finishing. Furthermore, we dispose of a comprehensive stock of all the usual grades from C60S to C75S, which enables us to supply small quantities even on short notice, which is another rather important advantage.

Dimensions

Our range of cold strips and spring steel varies between 0.20 mm and 4.00 mm. Thickness tolerances can be limited to standard default values in nearly every dimension.

We can supply hot-rolled strips in thicknesses varying from 1.50 to 6.00 mm. Our special strength in this area is in strip flattening. We are able to deliver hot-rolled strips with the same thickness tolerances of a cold strip.

Another area that we offer maximum flexibility. On our slitting line for hot-rolled steel we manufacture strips with widths up to 1250 mm.

On our slitting line for cold-rolled steel we can cut strips into widths of up to 420 mm. A special feature of our machine park is our precision slitting line that we use to cut extremely tight dimensions and very low width tolerances. Depending on the thickness, the smallest width we can provide amounts only to 2.50 mm! Depending on the dimension, you can limit the width tolerance unilaterally to 0.05 mm.

We dispose of a bar straightening machine to transform coils into lengths. We therefore can offer a wide range of dimensions varying between short cuts of 250 mm up to lengths of 6500 mm maximally.
